Principles:

硬拗 - Ying(4)Ao(1): like to stretch the truth or make a bad habit seem good.
- It basically means that if you have a bad habit you make it seem it as good. So for example if I go to bed really late and my parents tell me to go to bed and staying up late is not good. I tell them "no way, staying up late helps my health". Or if I eat a lot of junk and food and someone tells me its bad for me. I tell them "no way its so good go for my health, I'm going to live longer because of all this junk food."
